Fitness Made Fun
Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Begins Sept. 8 from 8:15-9:30am.
Self-paced low impact aerobics class with easy steps.
$4 per class, $60 for 6 weeks
Nadya Lehmann - Instructor, 20 years experience in New Braunfels
Creative Creations & Gifts - Arts & Craft Fair
Sat. Sep. 18 9am-3pm
Held at Gruene UMC. Vendor Booths are available for $50 each (12'x12' space). Hand crafted creations, personal business booths, etc.
Earnings will go to the Hearts and Hands Ministry Team at Gruene UMC. No electricity, chairs or tables are provided.
Comal County Fair Parade
Fri. Sep. 24
So many of our kids participate in the parade, so let’s not only celebrate with them, but let people know how good God is as we share God’s love with others.
Here is the plan:
1. Buy a case or two of water.
2. Ice it down in a cooler you can take with you to the
parade.
3. WEAR a Gruene UMC t-shirt (we have some in the
gathering space if you need one!)
4. Pick up as many koozies as you have water.
5. Give the water and koozies away!
CPR/AED TRAINING
Please register your attendance by sending an email to Sheri Boyd: synboyd@gvtc.com.
You will receive an email confirming your acceptance into the class.
Pastor's Coffee
Prior to joining Gruene UMC, please plan to attend the Pastor's Coffee. You can attend the next Pastor's Coffee at the church on September 19th. The purpose of these sessions is to provide your with information on Methodism, what it means to be a Partner in Ministry, ways that you can get involved with small groups and activities at Gruene UMC, etc. and answer any questions you may have.
